Drawing on the COVID-19 public health crisis, this course will provide insight into how the intelligence collection cycle and structured analytic techniques can be used to support decision-making in emergency operation centers. These analytic tradecraft tools are used to provide a scientific, objective process when confronted with situations that present a high degree of uncertainty. This course will leave students with key takeaways and comparisons from my experience working both public health and terrorism-related emergencies.
